Sinexcel SEC 60 -480kW charger is a ULTRA fast DC charger perfect for high traffic locations with a higher incentive to generate more revenue for your business.
It is suitable to various charging scenarios and also meet most of EVs’ charging needs in the market.

Charging Scenarios:

 

  • Destination charging such as shopping, workplaces, malls, tourist attractions, etc. For a few hours stay on the journey or on the work.
  • Be compatible with limited capacity grid which can not support high power charge points, 360-480kW charger can suit that grids and meet most charging needs.
  • Support fast return on the investment. The SEC integrated charger can cover up to 3 parking spots and increase utilization of charging assets under the same distribution system. It provides maximum revenue opportunity by 3 charging connectors on 1 EVSE.

FLEXIBLE DEPLOY CHARGING STRATEGY ACCORDING
TO CHARGING APPLICATION

 

For the application scenarios of charging piles in the next ten years, the growth trend of electric vehicle charging power mainly depends on the operation of charging stations.

Sinexcel’s distributed chargers can expand capacity to improve the profitability of EVC station operations.

There is a need to invest in charging infrastructure at the right time and be able to adapt to future EV charging changes.

With the lowest investment, cover 2 more parking lots by implementing one more user terminal.
With the lowest investment, power up all 6 charging points from 480kW to 960kW by implementing one more power bank.
With the lowest investment,upgrade the air-cooled charging point to the liquid-cooled charging point.

FLEXIBLE MATRIX POWER SWITCHING
With flexible matrix power switching technology, vehicle can charge with 100% accurate power requirement and the capacity of power bank can be 100% used. This is the highest operating efficiency.

What is the flexible matrix power switching
  • 24*20kW power modules in the power bank are split into 12 sets, each set has 2 power modules with 40kW charging power. These 12 sets charging power can be dynamically allocated to user terminals and distribute power according to different charging needs.
The benifit of matrix power switching
  • In the different SOC periods, requirements of charging power are different. 40kW charging power as a unit to fulfill various charging needs and provide 100% accurate charging power at “maximum power”. Multiple user terminals share one 480kW power bank which makes high efficiency operation of EV charger and EV charger station.

HIGHER POWER CONVERSION EFFICIENCY TO IMPROVE
PROFITABILITY OF EVC STATION
Power conversion
Independent research and development of the power module, equiped with the third generation SiC MOSFET semiconductor with higher efficiency and three-level Vienna topology. The high performance of the device and the topology enable the peak efficiency of power module to reach 96.5%.
System active efficiency optimization
The distributed charger integrates the distribution system for control of 24pcs power modules in the power bank to ensure 50% load rate of power conversion module and 96% efficiency of the charging system. Compared with 95% efficiency, taking 6 vehicles charge with 80kW as an example, each 480kW EV charger can reduce energy loss of 5.26kWh per hour and is able to save 11519kWh electric energy every year for charging 6 hours a day.
